Yes. The Clarity Guild is alumni-only. Every member has completed the retreat, which means every member shares the same foundational work. That is what makes the depth of the community possible. If you have not attended the retreat, that is your first step.

The Clarity Guild includes monthly group coaching, quarterly check-ins, quarterly masterminds, the resource library, and the annual alumni retreat. Clarity Guild Plus includes all of that plus a monthly one-on-one coaching session with Ronaldo Hardy — designed for leaders navigating a significant transition or who want dedicated individual support.

Yes. Because the Guild is alumni-only and cohort-based, each membership is reviewed before it is confirmed. This protects the quality of the room. If you attended the retreat, you will be approved. The application exists to ensure we have your current context before your first session.

Yes. If you join at the founding member rate before April 10, 2026, that rate is locked for as long as you remain an active member. It will not increase with future cohort pricing. This offer does not extend beyond the inaugural cohort.
